1. What this site is

yaptoon.com is a pre-launch waitlist for the Yaptoon app, run by FOVOXO OÜ (registry code 16112801, Sepapaja tn 6, 15551 Tallinn, Estonia).

2. Joining the waitlist

• Joining is free and doesn't commit you to anything.
• Joining doesn't guarantee you access to the app, any particular feature, or a launch date. Plans can change.
• With your consent, we'll email you about the launch and early access. You can unsubscribe at any time by emailing hello@yaptoon.com.
• How we handle your details is explained in our Privacy Policy.

3. Acceptable use

Please don't:

• sign up with bots or automated scripts;
• scrape the site;
• submit other people's email addresses, or otherwise abuse the form.

We may remove sign-ups that break these rules.

4. Intellectual property

The site's content — including the Yaptoon name, logo, characters, text, images and video — belongs to FOVOXO OÜ. Visiting the site doesn't give you a licence to use any of it.

5. No warranties, limited liability

The site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, FOVOXO OÜ is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or the waitlist. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, and disputes go to the Estonian courts. If you are a consumer, you keep the mandatory protections of the country where you live, and you can also bring a claim there.
